The second most important part of this process is for you to be able to communicate easily with your personal accounting team at any time.  You can immediately reach your accountant by all of the following methods:  phone, email, and Instant Messenger. 

Upon startup, you will receive a log-in to your company-specific OurFinanceTeam portal.  The portal will be used for all of the collaboration, such as calendar, email, document upload, financial reports, tasks, alerts, etc).   Sound comprehensive enough?  We think so.  Best of all, it's your choice of communication. 

Financial Document Capture

The most difficult part of the equation for running this service is how to make it easy for our customers to get their receipts, invoices, and many other paper documents to the hands of OurFinanceTeam.  In the end, our answer to this question is, "give the customer every possible method."  We will accept fax, email, US mail, electronic, and direct uploads into the OFT portal. 

Financial Processing

Based on your financial package and access method, we process your financial data.  We may log into your site or perform the entire operation based on our servers.  The choice is yours.  Our financial specialist will work with you to carefully explain the pro's and con's of each option. 

Financial Reporting 

Most of our clients expect some level of financial reporting on a daily, weekly, or monthly interval.  Using your OurFinanceTeam collaboration portal, getting your reports is easy.  Simply log-into your portal and view your reports.   Depending on your needs, we can go beyond just reporting the numbers by customizing weekly or monthly reports to provide deeper financial advice.  Once again, we can provide as much or as little service as you require.
