• How can a business outsource all of the accounting function?  

In today’s environment, it is very easy to manage a business from any location using online feeds, email, and sophisticated software.  Our business portal allows the exchange of information as easy as walking to an office next to yours to hand over a document.

• What about paper?  We need filing too?  How can this work? 

We provide an electronic filing system that will allow you to look up any invoice, bill, contract, or document from the convenience of your computer.  Our business portal  will allow easy access to your information without having to store paper!  Once you have sent us the document via email, fax, scan, or mail, we will ensure it goes into our electronic storage file.  Our secure data and offsite backup ensures that your data is secure.

• It seems like it would be cumbersome to have to send every document to OurFinanceTeam?  How much work will that create?

Sharing your documents with OurFinanceTeam is a s easy as walking across the hall to your accounting clerk.  After your company has made the appropriate approvals, you will send via fax, email, scan, or mail the documents to us.  You can even send in batches if that is more convenient.  Many companies are now sending bills electronically and many times it is a simple forward of an email or an upload of an attached file.  Most often, we can make arrangements with vendors and customers to transact business through electronic means. 

• I’m afraid we won’t be able to get something we need right away.  If we hire someone, I’m assured that the person will be there for me.

Each of our clients is given his or her own own personal bookkeeper/accountant who can assist you with any urgent request.  If, for some reason, they are not available, their manager can respond.  Our company files are set up for multi-user secure access so that we can meet your needs at any time.  Additionally, we can set up for you any report for any frequency so that you may have your information readily available.

• What if we want to be able to access our ledger?

We can also provide bookkeeping assistance in this more traditional method.  You would purchase and maintain the software license and we would access and update through an Accountant version.
